I tried Cristina’s treatment because I felt I needed a break and a brief window of time during which I could focus inwards and stop the vicious circle of negative thinking, anxiety and depression. It worked a treat. By the end of the session I felt lighter and more optimistic.

Before I came to you I tried Shiatsu, painkillers and physiotherapy but nothing really worked to get rid of my back pain. You managed to fix that once and for all with just one treatment. Forever grateful.

I was a bit concerned about having a treatment because everyone I spoke to told me it would be very painful. This was definitely not the case as Cristina carried out the treatment with extreme sensitivity and helped me let go of the pain I had been holding on to for so long. Highly recommended.
