I tried Cristina’s treatment because I felt I needed a break and a brief window of time during which I could focus inwards and stop the vicious circle of negative thinking, anxiety and depression. It worked a treat. By the end of the session I felt lighter and more optimistic.

I love Thai massage with Cristina, she takes me through a wonderful series of stretches in positions which clear all manner of physical and emotional tension, clearing restriction and leaving me feeling positive and relaxed, and with lots of energy. I was a bit concerned about having a treatment because everyone I spoke to told me it would be very painful. This was definitely not the case as Cristina carried out the treatment with extreme sensitivity and helped me let go of the pain I had been holding on to for so long. Highly recommended.
